Uhm, I have no idea? I always just search for “Male haircuts 2013” and when I see something I like, I print that picture en take it to the barber
And I now have the same haircut as Macklemore
Are you following any specific workout routine?
No i don’t. I work out 4 times a week in the gym and I train different muscle groups each time. I have never used steroids or anything like that. I did gain a bit weight because it is much easier to gain muscle mass when you are a bit chubby then when you are skinny as fuck. You don’t have to be overweight. Just some fat on your body and work out several times a week and you will get there
have you had top surgery?
No i’m not even on hormones yet. That picture is photoshopped if that’s what you mean, it says in the description too
I see that your workouts are really helping! I am also pre-t and I have been struggling to find a workout that will make my muscles more prominent and make some of my hips go away. What workout plan do you use? You look great!
I don’t really have a workout plan. I go to the gym 4 times a week and I train different muscle groups each time. I recommend to do your work outs in the gym because you can really train every part of your body which is hard to do at home.
For your hips i’d recommend Side bends. But it will happen reallyyy slow so don’t expect too much. And a fun fact to know, cis man have bigger hips than cis woman, but you don’t see this because man have wide shoulders. So don’t focus on your hips too much, it’s really your back that needs to get bigger
